Brand Awareness + Promo Campaign
N-able
This was the first big campaign after the N-able spin-off and rebrand. Aimed at driving awareness for the company, it was centered around a promo intended to entice MSP business owners to switch to N-able’s remote monitoring and management software. The promo was two-fold, offering free credits for integrated security products and a price beat.
Given the multifaceted nature of the campaign, we had to say a lot without losing the interest of prospects and be crystal clear about what was being offered—all while reintroducing ourselves to the market. This effort was truly all hands on deck, with creative, sales, partner success, product, demand gen, marketing, and executive leadership hashing out the best way to tell this complex story over many rounds of discussion and debate, resulting in a tight narrative with direct messaging across multiple platforms including web, display, social, and email. And as this was our first dive into the market with the new N-able branding, we had a chance to test the waters with some fun layout and design elements and interactive web components.
Positioning: N-able is the right partner with the best growth platform to help MSPs build their businesses due to scalable platforms, transformative operating insights, and value-added support services.
Target demo: MSP business owners + general IT audience
